Mission of Function:

Provide professional spindle maintenance service to customers, complete spindle maintenance work efficiently according to internal maintenance process and quality requirements. And good service report, after-sales service, technical analysis and other work

为客户提供专业的主轴维修服务，根据内部维修流程和质量要求，按计划高效完成主轴维修工作。并做好服务报告、售后服务、技术分析等工作

What are my responsibilities?

1. Complete daily work within EHS, QM and 5S requirements of the company and workshop在公司及车间EHS、QM、5S规定内完成日常工作

2. Inspection report: Provide maintenance report according to customer feedback combined with admission test, and make reasonable maintenance plan and parts report检测报告：根据客户反馈的故障结合入场检测提供维修报告，制定合理的维修方案及零件报告

3. Technical preparation: Acceptance of outsourced parts according to internal drawings, measurement and repair of parts through measuring tools and equipment, and timely report to relevant parties if any problem is found技术准备：根据内部图纸对外协零部件进行验收，通过量具、设备对零部件进行测量及修复，发现问题及时汇报给相关方

4. Spindle assembly: After training, I can independently complete mechanical assembly and electrical assembly, and solve technical problems encountered in the assembly process. have carefully filled in the hours and quality reports, and have reached the KPI requirements 主轴装配：经过培训能独立完成机械装配、电气装配，并解决装配过程中遇到技术问题，认真填写工时、质量报告，已达到产品KPI要求

5. 动态测试:Run Test

o Test the delivery spindle and give the test conclusion according to the mark

对到货主轴进行测试，根据标注给出测试结论

o Proficient in Siemens system, proficient in machine tool parameters, drive parameters adjustment and optimization, familiar with various types of CNC machining centers. and can adjust the parameters skillfully in S120\611U, eliminate the alarm according to the actual situation, and complete the running-in and dynamic balance adjustment of the spindle after maintenance

精通西门子系统，精通机床参数、驱动参数调整优化，熟悉各种类型数控加工中心 。可以在S120\611U中对参数进行熟练调整，根据实际情况消除报警，完成维修后主轴的磨合及动平衡调整工作

o Evaluate spindles at customer site, perform FFT analysis and recommend maintenance options

在客户现场对主轴进行评估，作出FFT分析，推荐维修方案

1. After-sales service: answer customers' problems in the use process, visit the site to understand the use situation when necessary, make analysis reports according to the failure, and put forward suggestions for product or process improvement 售后服务：解答客户在使用过程中遇到问题，必要时到现场了解使用情况，根据故障制作分析报告，提出客户端或维修车间改善意见

2. Complete knowledge sharing, CIP, 3I and other technology sharing according to work content, and promote team capacity building 根据工作内容完成知识共享、CIP、3i等技术分享，推动团队能力建设

3. Complete other tasks assigned by manager完成经理交办的其它任务.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. College degree or above, major in electrical engineering is preferred专科及以上学历，机电专业优先

2. At least 3 years working experience 3年以上工作经验

3. Familiar with the assembly and after-sales service of electromechanical automation equipment熟悉机电自动化设备组装、售后服务工作

4. proficient in office365 as office software熟练使用office365作为办公软件

Capability Requirements:

1. Good communication, execution and learning skills良好的沟通、执行、学习能力

2. Ability to read and write English具备一定英文读写能力

3. Proactive and able to work under pressure积极主动的工作态度，能承受工作压力
