Objectives/ Goals

Factory cost control and profit improvement, working capital efficiency, Forecast accuracy and factory operational excellence like VAM and material productivity, delivery KPIs, localization rate, investment decisions, new product /footprint biz plan etc.

The role.

Work as reliable partner of factory CEO; lead financial functions to ensure the financial excellence, compliance of government regulations, local and Siemens’ guidelines; build financial team and enhance the competence.

You are responsible for all commercial functions within the legal entity ISML:

• Business Controlling

• Commercial Functions for R&D Department and SRE

• Supply Chain, Procurement and IT departments.

Your profile.

• Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar areas

• 5+ years’ proven record as a distinguished financial leader of a factory

• Leadership experience with intercultural teams

• Experiences in Performance Controlling & Accounting

• Experiences in Governance and RIC of a legal entity

• Experiences in Real Estate Management

• Experiences in leading IT and digitalization team

• High self-motivation
