For our Process Automation Solution (PASO) department, we are looking for a Technical Sales to help us drive digital solution business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Cooperate with local Siemens sales to promote PASO Digital solution business in Process industry.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer pain points and requirements. Lead technical exchanges with customers and promote solutions.

  • The solution design mainly involves F&B, Water & Waste water, and other industry enterprises DCS, SCADA, MES, EMS, LIMS systems, Industry network.

  • As the bidding manager, responsible for project bidding, including proposal design preparation, BOM, project cost and quotation calculation, preparing bidding documents according to customer bidding requirements, responsible for bidding, PPT presentation, and technical clarification. Analyze the competitive situation and lead the bidding strategy.

  • Participate in project contract negotiation, draft contract technical agreement. Ensure successful hand-over the winning project to the implementation team.

  • Collect project information through various channels such as market information, news media, portal websites, and VM BD to enrich project opportunities in the responsible area.

  • Align the vision from executives to leaders, strong self-learning ability, learn new applications newly establish competitive advantage, drive solution business growth.

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor's or above degree in Industry Automation Control or Computer Science

  • Has at least >5 years working experience in Digital solution presales or execution. Rich practical experience in digital solutions for Process industry

  • Familiar with DCS, SCADA, MES,EMS,LIMS systems, Industry network system proposal design. Including control system software, hardware, instrumentation, control valve, valve island and MCC.

  • Skilled communicator comfortable engaging with customer, sales, colleagues

  • Autonomous and flexible, Ability to travel frequently for short periods.

  • Good English in both oral and written is preferred.
