Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Procurement Executive.

• Coordination with Order Management for all incoming purchase requests with all required technical inputs.

• Invite offers from approved suppliers, in close co-ordination with strategic procurement team, from local and import market.

• Make techno-commercial evaluation of offers, negotiate as per benchmarking and prepare techno-commercial comparison for assessment and approval within the compliance framework of organization.

• Create purchase order in SAP, forward to supplier and make close follow-up for delivery of goods and services in line with end customer want date as defined by order management team.

• Regular co-ordination with quality, stores and commercial department for post order activity completion leading to on time payment to suppliers.

• Establish feedback mechanism for attending priorities from internal and external customers and suppliers with best communication practices.

· BE Mechanical with 5+ Years of Experience in procurement for steam turbines or similar heavy manufacturing industry.
