We want to get onboard a Senior Finance Performance Controller to join our business administration team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality financial management information to drive the financial performance throughout all businesses.

• Collect, Consolidate, analyze, and manage the required data to create meaningful models to lead business improvement and cost reduction.

• Actively monitoring financial performance through ad-hoc and regular analyses, providing regular KPI analysis/business reports, including comments and alerts / early warnings on respective performance at different organizational levels.

• Support the governance model by producing analysis, reports and reconciliations required to meet applicable financial guidelines.

• Drive improvement related projects heading always towards excellence.

• Analyze financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information.

• Participates actively in the different planning cycles, to ensure high quality planning data reported timely.

• Perform financial analysis at complex levels including working capital, budgeting, cost variances and financial and performance deviations analysis.

• Identify and resolve proactively financial and reporting process challenges, to achieve higher efficiency.

• Strong acumen in relevant financial processes, value flows and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and reasoning skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional senior stakeholders proactively and effectively.

• Goals and results driven with a passion for digitalization in finance.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and assertiveness, working with autonomy, proactivity, and a constructive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

• Over 8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.

• Experience in large and matrix organizations

• Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of accounting principles.

• SAP knowledge and experience required.

• Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS Word
