Join Siemens Logistics in Madrid as a Financial Project Controller.

What are the responsibilities?

• Monthly forecast and deviation analysis

• Financial management of projects in coordination with technical project managers

• Analysis and review of planned and incurred costs

• Project Risks and Opportunity management

• Invoicing customers and monitoring overdue balances

• Monthly and annual closing activities

• Analysis and compliance with commercial and contractual conditions

• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements from a project perspective

• Regular/daily Interface with the remaining operational areas of the company and the financial team

• Regular and ah-doc presentations, analysis and reporting

• Contribution for processes implementation and/or improvement

• Interpretation of the projects as a whole for identification of gaps and contribution on necessary measures

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• University Degree in Management, Economics or Engineering

• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Proven experience in projects administration: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Project Controller, Commercial Project Manager or similar

• Project management proven capabilities (commercial-administrative side) are required

• Experience in Industrial projects would be valuable

• Excellent Excel level and SAP knowledge

• Encourage to drive the projects to the success level we aim for and to communicate the strategy together with the Project Manager

• Ability to learn quickly, organization and planning capacity

• Team spirit and good interpersonal relationships

• Critical spirit and ability to analyze

• Autonomy, pro-activity, dynamism and problem solving attitude

• Ability to manage time, priorities and work under pressure

• Visa in place required
