Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is seeking an enthusiastic Cybersecurity/IT Compliance Specialist with a focus on cybersecurity compliance. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of IT systems and a keen interest in diving deeper into cybersecurity topics. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both on-premises and cloud-based SaaS solutions, with a strong emphasis on ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

As a Cybersecurity/IT Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as an Asset Responsible assisting in ensuring that applications meet IT and cybersecurity compliance standards according to industry and company regulations.

• Helping in analysis of documentation like ISO 27001 certification and SOC reports and its compliance with SIEMENS standards.

• Supporting Asset Protection process in a whole lifecycle of an application, participating in creation of relevant documentation.

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.

• Addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT service management and stakeholder support initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT and/or HR systems, with a desire to deepen understanding in cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR, or a willingness to learn.

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Openness to work in an international environment.

• A commitment to delivering value to stakeholders and providing excellent service.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and conciseness.

• A collaborative attitude, comfortable working as part of a team, even in virtual settings.

• Proficiency in business-level English.
