Brightly is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager focused on our Brightly websites to create revenue generating experiences that increase our growth rate and market share. This person will work with teams across SEO, Creative, and Web Development through iterative experience optimization for brightlysoftware.com. You’ll dive deep into visitor behavior and performance, advanced analytics and audience segmentation, and help ideate new ways to improve the user experience. The ideal candidate understands how to build testing models and roadmaps, can develop strong relationships across a company, and has a passion for data driven marketing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operate as an owner applying data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize and to develop solutions that enhance the experience, user engagement and performance of the site.

  • Implement site testing initiatives and user-centric product features to streamline the customer experience and drive value to the business.

  • Work directly with Web and Creative teams to define features, communicate tracking requirements, and create a site experience strategy & roadmap to bring your ideas to life.

  • Gain valuable experience leading initiatives transparent to internal executives.

  • Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, content writers, digital designers, and senior leaders.

  • Building new things that are cool, interesting, at the cutting edge of technology

  • Connect the dots between traffic drivers, such as paid ads and organic search, with the onsite experience in order to create a cohesive customer experience.

What you need

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in Customer Experience or Digital Operations.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred

  • A/B testing and personalization platforms such as Mutiny, Unbounce, and Qualified

  • Strong Excel skilled in data manipulation & analysis.

  • Understanding of statistical significance and robust test analysis.

  • Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights, building roadmaps, and communicating recommendations to all levels of leadership.

  • Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

  • A strong passion for understanding customer behavior and enhancing the quality of customer interactions.

  • Eagerness to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment

  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and a bias towards action.

The pay range for this position is $99,000 - $169,700. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
