Broad Responsibility in Brief:

You will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of highest-level customer technical issues within eMobility product portfolio in India. The role will require the ability to analyze both hardware and software logic errors, engage with development engineering, directly interact with end users/customers, and assemble teams that will drive issues to quick resolution.

You will require field travel and work across India. It is expected you would gain the level of competencies required to act as the expert for issue resolution and independently resolve field-issues. The position will directly report to Head of Portfolio in eMobility Business in India.

Fulfilling service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance

Assisting in troubleshooting and developing solutions to support the eMobility service projects

Carrying out operational and fault diagnostics on hardware and software, this also includes the systematic testing and analysis of the charging processes,

Fulfilling service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance,

Document professional all incident and resolution reports for customer and supplier communication

Interface with R&D and Product team to solve complex problems and feedback product improvements

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years experience in field services

  • Having experience in Installation & Commissioning or Project Management

  • Experience in the preparation of the technical documentation and reports

  • Previous experience in any of the fields would be an advantage: EV chargers / Telecommunication Industry/ UPS/ Battery/ PV – Solar Industry and understanding of OCPP protocols

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electric & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant fields

  • Very good command of English

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel)

  • Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies
