• Project Planning: Assist the Project Manager in developing the project plan, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and analysis of critical paths.

• Project Execution: Work with the project team to execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Resource Management: Assist the Project Manager in managing project resources, including people, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively

• Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and the Project Manager to ensure everyone is aware of project progress, risks, and issues.

• Developing project schedules-Work with project managers and other stakeholders to create detailed project schedules, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Collaborating with project teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure that schedules are accurate and up-to-date, and to identify any potential scheduling conflicts or issues.

• Analyzing project data: Analyze project data, such as resource utilization and project costs, to identify opportunities for improvement and to make recommendations for changes to the project schedule.

• Documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, project schedule, status reports, change requests, and other project-related documents.

• Budget Management: Assist the Project Manager in managing the project budget,

• including monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting on budget status.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards by monitoring quality throughout the project and taking corrective actions as needed.

• Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and developing risk management strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks.

• Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics discipline or its equivalent.

• Possesses more than 5 years working experiences in rolling stock industry.

• Excellent technical knowledge of rolling stock product, preferable in Locomotive

• Excellent knowledge on project execution

• Good knowledge of IT systems.

• Excellent communicator, both written and oral.

• People Management experience.

• Well versed in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling

This role is based in Kalwa, Mumbai (Posted Location – Vizag). You will also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you.
