  • Responsible for entire manufacturing activities including Testing, Quality Control for MV AIS/GIS/LP Retrofit, Revamp & Spares.

  • Finalize Monthly, Quarterly Turnover plan in line with contractual delivery requirement.

  • Daily review of manufacturing plan, arrange resources for in house assembly, testing, quality check.

  • Schedule dispatches in line with Central Logistics Team. Ensure availability of necessary resources to meet daily dispatch schedule.

  • Develop in-house capability for VCB Manufacturing & Complete testing setup with latest equipment, methods, calibrations, asset registration etc.

  • Maintain in-house Stores for long lead item & ensure digitization in each activity from Manufacturing till Dispatch.

  • Ensure availability of right tool & tacks, adapt latest safety practices. Maintain EHS guideline, Issue PPE's, maintain audit requirements.

  • Follow up with execution team for on time release of requirements. Schedule Long lead deliveries Etc.

  • Create pool from the different internal stake holders including Design, VCB Team, Procurement Team & complete the task on time.

  • Coordinate with client for inspections and get the formal inspection clearances.

  • Arrange for dispatch clearance from customer & co-ordinate with factory for dispatch.

  • Coordinate changes with internal teams. Monitor various order milestones for smooth and timely completion of the order as per contractual requirement.

  • Monitoring of Purchase Order Status / manufacturing update at supplier end and progress of Post Order Documentation.

  • Monitor and follow-up on vendor activities, highlight potential delays. To ensure that corrective actions are taken to minimize/manage the delays/damages.

  • Good people management skills.

  • Prior experience in client facing roles is a must especially an understanding of different cultures, their mindsets and their expectations.

  • Have clear written and oral communication skills and an ability for public speaking.

  • Be innovative, creative and professional at all times.

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years experience with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Service / Operations.

  • Good knowledge of SAP

  • Basic proficiency in Medium & Low Voltage products / Systems / Retrofits

  • Familiar with Manufacturing Processes/Material Standards, measuring and test equipment

  • Good communication skills & Customer orientation.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
