Engineering Excellence and Application :

• Drive digitalization process and create guidelines for digitalization offers

• Engineering software and automation of engineering & Om process for MV system business

• Provide guidance on IOT / digitalization and develop competency related to same

• Drive standardization for engineering practices and designs for key customers

• Guidelines for selection of critical components

• Create, Maintain and update design folder for MV Systems

• Support and create competency for Relay selection, engineering of relays and customer specific configurations.

• Technical competency development for System Domestic team

• Defining and monitoring of Key KPIs for System Domestic

• Responsible for ISO & Monitoring of NCCs & their corresponding CAPAs

Eligibility:

Candidate should have 15-20 years of experience of working in switchgear industry. Should have thorough knowledge of engineering process, Relay application. He should have expert level knowledge of Power system and protection. Additionally, candidate should have experience of handling quality KPIs.

Educational Qualification: Electrical Engineer (Diploma / Degree)
