Your Skills and Experience

• Ensure that the daily installation schedule is met and that planned installation activities are implemented on time, with quality and safety in mind

• Supervise subcontractor activities

• Enforce all health and safety policies, including conducting toolbox safety talks

• Assist engineering and drafting teams with correct installation standards and procedures

• Perform loop tests on field cabling

• Review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and is delivered on time

• Maintain tooling and consumables in the necessary quantities to support installation

Requirements

• Experience with Train Signaling activities

• Ability to produce documentation (reports, MoS, etc.) of high quality

• Capability to conduct on-site surveys with customers

• Possession of solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Assist engineers and project managers in addressing and resolving design and customer issues

• Proficient in computer skills

• 3 years of experience in signaling installation

• Experience with TRA projects is a plus

• Official Quality and / or EHS (Health Safety and Environment) certificate is a plus

• Required English and Chinese

• Valid driving license

• Willing to travel within Taiwan for work and work night shifts
