What you will do:

• Help develop business/financial strategies that will grow the incubation unit aligned with global targets and expectations

• Support bid management on commercial proposal matters

• Business planning and forecasting, budgeting, performance controlling, risk management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines

• Direct project financial control

• Ensure business models and transactions are in line with external and internal accounting and reporting guidelines

• Drive digitalization in finance and improve operational process efficiency

What we are looking for:

• Education: degree or professional certification in either Finance, Accounting, or related field, expertise in IFRS

• experience in commercial roles in technology companies, covering service and project business models preferred

• Profound understanding of internal business processes from sales, project execution to performance-based services

• Strong financial, interpersonal, analytical skills and risk management

• Strong growth mindset, thinking outside the box, comfortable outside the comfort zone and in an agile environment

• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
