Join us to make a significant impact and help shape the future of sustainable infrastructure in the Data Center industry. As Datacenter Lead Nordic at Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI), you will spearhead the development and implementation of a sustainable cross-business Data Center Vertical Market Strategy. Your mission is to drive profit, growth, and satisfaction for customers and employees in this vertical. This role can be based in any of the Nordic countries.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of building strategies that drive sustainable growth.

  • Adaptive leadership style to engage with teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and belonging.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and strong English communication skills.

Your Success Factors

  • Deep understanding of the Data Centre vertical landscape, including customers and competitors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership: experience from leading and developing a business and/or teams, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Experience: 5+ years from Data Center industry. Additional experience from Siemens or similar Building Technologies or Power Distribution portfolios would be an advantage.

  • Sales Management experience to ensure and lead the Data Vertical to achieve sustainable financial results

  • Project Management experience to lead, manage and oversee complex technical projects.

  • Market insight: Over 5 years identifying vertical market opportunities and commercializing solutions.
