We are seeking a mature and highly independent candidate to join our sales team as the Partner Development manager for the ASEAN market. This position will report to the Digital Industries ASEAN head and will be based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the channel sales aspects of the Digital Industries portfolio, with a strong emphasis on building effective strategic within the region to ensure continuous growth of the partner ecosystem. Representing Siemens at senior levels within customers' organizations, the candidate will bring forward opportunities for timely and successful closures.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading and managing channel business growth by overseeing partners' target achievements, including target setting, business reviews, and sales strategies.

  • Implementing and overseeing partner networks and programs to support effective business collaborations.

  • Creating initiatives to facilitate the entry of local channel partners into key markets.

  • Collaborating closely with channel partners to manage complexities or conflicts and ensure awareness of product elements.

  • Maintaining professional integrity, driving policy compliance, and upholding core internal and customer processes for effective role execution.

You excel in:

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.

  • Possessing a minimum of 5 years in similar field

  • Demonstrating the ability to effectively manage Digital Industries portfolio sales through a channel partner model.

  • Exhibiting strong business acumen for managing forecasts and achieving targets.

  • Managing channel partners and addressing customer demands.

  • Displaying excellent strategic skills , conflict management, and issue analysis capabilities.

  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including presales, sales, marketing, technical, finance, and supply chain.
