在方案销售专家化工行业团队，我们期待方案销售专家人才可以推动数字化工业领域发展。

你将在这些领域发挥影响：

• 达到指定行业（化工）的目标和毛利率指标

• 在投标或不投标（PM020）和项目移交（PM080）之间领导所有投标活动

• 在获胜或失败后进行获胜和损失分析（PM070）

• 在指定领域维护指定行业的目标销售机会

• 激励销售在指定领域开展解决方案业务

• 从研究最新的西门子数字产品组合或其他已知的第三方数字解决方案中，成为数字解决方案的专家

你需要具备的品质：

• 自动化和数字化相关专业的学士学位或以上学历

• 在化工行业拥有3年或以上的工作经验，其中至少有3年的自动化和数字化经验

• 至少2年的西门子过程自动化（PA）产品应用经验

• 在指定行业中具有项目实施、项目管理或投标经验

• 熟悉指定行业中西门子DI产品组合的使用案例

• 具备指定行业的基本知识，特别是与指定使用案例相关的知识

• 对工业4.0和数字化主题有扎实的理解

• 出色的沟通和演示技巧

• 客户导向和以客户为中心的思维方式

• 自我激励和有责任心

• 基本的英语口语和书写能力

• 需要频繁出差

For our Technical Sales Chemical Industry team, we are looking for a Technical Sales to help us drive business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Fulfilling assigned industries (Chemical) target and gross margin assigned

• Leading all bidding activities between bid or no bid (PM020) and Project handover (PM080)

• Conducting win & loss analysis after win or loss (PM070)

• Maintaining assigned industries target pipeline in assigned area

• Motivating sales to do solution business in assigned area

• Being a master to innovate digital solution from studying up-to-date SIEMENS digital portfolios or other known digital solutions from 3rd party

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor or above in automation and digitalization related majors

• 3 years or above working experiences in Chemical, at least 3 years of experiences in automation and digitalization

• At least 2 years of Siemens PA product application experience

• Project implementation, project management or bidding experience in assigned industries is a MUST

• Being familiar with SIEMENS DI portfolio in assigned industries user cases assigned

• Having basic knowhow in assigned industries, especially those related to the user cases assigned

• Having a solid understanding of Industry 4.0 and Digitalization topics

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Customer focus and oriented

• Self-motivated and responsible

• Basic oral and written English

• Frequent travel needed
