The role.

• Perform fault statistics and analysis based on failure code and return goods.

• 基于故障代码和返回部件进行故障统计和分析。

• Set up the knowledge base and make the training for service engineers or customers.

• 建立知识库，并为服务工程师或客户进行培训。

• Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 与客户进行专业有效的沟通，提升客户满意度。

• Provide the appropriate technical proposals, spare parts and repair parts for the enquiry.

• 针对客户的咨询提供合适的技术方案，并解答关于备件和维修件的相关问题。

• Make the service concept for the new product project.

• 对新产品的投放制定服务策略。

• Handle with the warranty claim from domestic and oversea about air-cooled drive.

• 为国内外客户提供变频器相关的技术支持。

• Perform on-site trouble shooting service.

• 支持客户现场故障排除服务。

Your profile.

• Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, electric engineering, Automation or related job. Especially, research, engineering, testing or service about mastering drive and motor products.

• 拥有电力电子、电气工程、自动化或相关专业的本科及以上学历；拥有变频器或相关产品的研究、工程、测试或服务方面相关工作经验。

• Mastered electrical drive Knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge.

• 熟悉电气传动知识、矢量控制、V/F控制和PWM知识。

• Have a good fault analysis capability and Troubleshooting experience.

• 具备良好的故障分析能力和故障排除经验。

• Professional communication capability and presentation skill.

• 拥有专业的沟通能力。

• Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5s, A3, Process Mapping.

• 具备精益知识并了解基本的精益方法，如七大浪费、5S、A3、流程控制等。

• Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving.

• 具有质量意识和基本的质量工具应用能力，包括数据分析和问题解决能力。

• Good archiving skill.

• 报告和文档管理技能。

• Basic commercial knowledge.

• 了解基本的商务流程。

• Good English communication skill.

• 拥有良好的英语沟通能力。
