You’ll make an impact by

  • Controlling Actual, Forecast and Budget of R&D Projects.

  • Planning and Controlling Cost Center and allocation (hourly writing), including the monthly analysis, measure setting and tracking.

  • Coordination and discussion with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and Headcount (ACT/FC/BDG) incl. transparency regarding changes, Impact and measures set.

  • Coordination with HQ development partners and drawing up the necessary contract in international cooperation.

  • Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.

  • Create and plausibility business plans and EVA calculations for R&D Projects and tracking of target costs for the project.

  • Tax and business filling, control and declaration for R&D projects.

  • Other manager assigned task

Your defining qualities

  • Knowledge in Controlling/ Factory controlling/ R&D Controlling and key figure systems.

  • Sound Business Knowledge

  • Methods: Project planning and controlling, planning systems, analysis methods, project management

  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP R/3, Power BI, IT affinity desirable

  • Proficient in English
