The Role.

  • Familiar with OEM business model

  • Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product, solution and services to customers

向工业业务领域客户销售西门子电机及传动领域产品、相应解决方案与服务

  • Explore and develop customers demand, develop new business opportunity

探索和发展客户的需求,发展新的商业机会

  • Keep familiar with Electrical Motor and Drives product, system, solution as well as branch technology

熟悉电机及驱动产品、系统、解决方案及相关技术

  • Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set.

确保遵守销售指导方针,并能达成既定目标

  • Proposes sales budgets for the team and regularly monitors the achievements in the assigned oem team.

为团队制定销售规划,并定期跟进监督所带领团队的业绩

  • Directly supports Sales Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.

支持销售进行专业的客户拜访与谈判

  • Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures, or the setup of customer related projects.

发起/参与策划与客户相关的产品开发措施,或建立与客户相关的项目

  • May support strategic key customers' business development.

支持战略重点客户的业务发展

  • Others assigned by manager

Your Profile.

  • Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical Engineering

本科以上学历,专业电机、电气传动或自动化、机械相关者优先

  • Fluent English reading, writing and speaking

流利的英文阅读、听写沟通能力

  • 5 years+ sales working experience in relevant areas

5年以上相关领域工作经验

  • Willing to take initiative and active thinking

愿意采取主动并且积极思考

  • Integrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure

正直,诚实,忠诚, 有良好的抗压能力

  • Quick learner and with good business sense
