You’ll make an impact by

  • Implement overall management of product cost in R&D and Design to Cost projects.

  • Conduct product cost calculation.

  • Lead cost analysis, compare target cost with calculated cost, make gap analysis and define cost gap measures together with R&D; follow up the countermeasures.

  • Calculate the cost savings for localization and adaptation (VCB) projects.

  • Verify selected projects cost align with system cost in offer and project execution stage

  • Monitor Standard cost in system according to costing policy to insure accurate closing result.

  • Factory costing topic analysis through KPI report setting & tracking.

  • Drive costing related internal control process optimization.

  • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance or accounting or business administration.

  • At least 3 years working experiences in costing accounting in a factory environment.

  • Advanced skills in excel, ERP(SAP is preferred) and PowerPoint, Power BI /Access will be a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to multi-task, detail oriented and active working style.

  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
