Your mission will be…

• Supporting the Factory (administrative departments and production lines) in all finance related matters.

• You will be responsible for the financial controlling expenses and target achievement for the administrative departments and production lines.

• You will monitor financial performance, provide KPI analysis, prepare and comment on respective performance reports required by local management.

• Ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of various reports.

• This includes all financial tasks from forecasting and budgeting, deviation analysis and definition/implementation of corrective measures etc.

• You will be in regular exchange with colleagues of global finance teams (e.g., USA, Germany).

• You will guide and train the local teams to correctly allocate their costs including corrective measures on cost center/project level.

• Identify opportunities to design new and/or refine existing analyses and processes to optimize productivity and accuracy.

• Execute adhoc analyses and support optimization projects through digitalization and automation.

• You ensure consistency with internal and external controlling standards, policies, and procedures, and adopts respective local and global processes.

We are looking for someone with...

• At least bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics

• Minimum of three years relevant experience in finance environment.

• Experience with SAP applications.

• Advanced skills in driving financial analysis (Excel) as well as preparing presentations (Powerpoint); ideally additional experience with analytics and BI products (e.g. KNIME, Power BI or Tableau)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format.

• Learning mindset to tackle complex tasks combined with excellent decision-making skills.

• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new challenges and to act in a fast-paced environment including competing deadlines.
