What part will you play?

You manage a yearly purchase volume of 40Mio€ in close cooperation with internal cross-functions (product management, logistics, quality) delivered by a global supply base for the business segment SI EP EMS.

  • You are fully responsible for the global strategic procurement activities from design phase till phase out of product.

  • You collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive project success.

  • You oversee and manage the supply base, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring optimal performance.

  • You develop and implement a dedicated, goal-oriented procurement strategy to meet organizational objectives.

  • You lead contract and price negotiations,

  • You employ the full potential of all levers/tools to optimize the product costs and secure the competitiveness of the business segment.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a master’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field of study.

  • Additionally, you have several years of experience in procurement.

  • You are highly motivated and manage your tasks and responsibilities by yourself.

  • You have good technical and commercial skills.

  • You have a high level of perceptive and analysis capability and pursue your tasks in a goal-oriented manner, even beyond obstacles.

  • You have good communication skills and can convince your counterpart by good arguments.

  • Fluency in German and English rounds off your profile.
