We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.

This position is for Pune Location.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Taking responsibility for the overall delivery of IT services, ensuring that IT strategy is effectively executed, budgets are efficiently managed, and service levels meet or exceed expectations. Effectively managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.

• This role encompasses leadership in both IT operations and asset management, with a strong focus on strategic execution, budget planning, service management, and IT portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

1) IT Strategy Execution:

• Lead the implementation of IT strategy across the organization.

• Ensure alignment of IT projects with business goals and objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and services.

2) IT Budget Planning:

• Develop and manage the IT budget.

• Monitor and control expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

3) Service Management: Asset Classification and Protection & SLA:

• Handle IT Compliance of IT services like Siemens ASECO Process, Cyber Security Policies, Protection Concept .

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of service management tools like Siemens ACP Tool.

• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are defined, monitored, and met.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business needs.

4) IT Portfolio Management:

• Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and status updates.

• Prioritize projects based on business impact and strategic alignment.

5) Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Ensure team adherence to best practices and standards.

6) Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to understand needs and expectations.

• Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

• Address and resolve any issues impacting service delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.

• Proven experience in IT service delivery and management.

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

• Excellent project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
