Looking for new opportunities in Digital Industries of Siemens? We have got you covered. We are looking for IT professionals like you, who will administrate our systems and as an Infrastructure solution expert you will develop, support, and provide technical expertise. We conceptualize, build, and manage Information Technology for Digital Industries and deliver competitive advantage to our business.

You’ll break new ground by:

• Low code – Mendix Application Development and Lead the team.

• Responsible for complete application life cycle – from requirement understanding to deployment.

• Prepare requirement specification, validate and implementation.

• Coach junior developers and help to improve their skills.

• Develop best practices and share it in our Mendix developer community.

• Collaborate Siemens-internally with other DevOps Centers.

• Automate our development practices and have quality in mind.

• Embed Mendix Apps in our application landscape by using APIs and data from different data sources.

• Stay up-to-date with regards to the newest Mendix developments.

• Change and release management.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• 8 + Years’ experience in IT and systems specialist.

• Qualified B.E / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute.

• Proven multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.

• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and planning.

• Strong attention to detail, proactively driving assignments and tracking tasks.

• Creative thinking and innovation skills to define new approaches to issues.

• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues.

• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Self-organizing skills.

• Proven track record in delivering custom software solutions in enterprise environments with at least 6 years of experience and 2 years of Mendix development experience.

• Preferably Mendix Advanced Developer Certified.

• Deep understanding of technologies like PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Professional experience in Java development.

• Expertise REST APIs, Third Party tools Integration experience.

• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.

• Experience on developing workflow and responsive web-based applications.

• Mindset (Agile / Lean / Ownership / Intercultural Collaboration).
