We are looking for IT professionals like you, who will administrate our systems and as an Infrastructure solution expert you will develop, support, and provide technical expertise. We conceptualize, build, and manage Information Technology for Digital Industries and deliver competitive advantage to our business.

You’ll break new ground by:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI / ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI and ML solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with stakeholders to bring AI concepts to life, implementing models that address critical needs and challenges. We are also particularly seeking an AI / ML Engineer with background in generative AI.

• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand business problems and translate them into technical requirements.

• Design, develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation etc.

• Implement and maintain pipelines to manage model packaging and deployment phases which form MLOps lifecycle.

• Integrate machine learning models into production systems using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, identifying, and implementing improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct PoCs to explore creative applications of generative AI within the organization.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML field and apply new techniques to improve solution effectiveness.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in IT and systems specialist.

• Qualified B.E / BTech / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute.

• Proven multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.

• Experience in dealing with foreign/European customers/people.

• Self-motivated to complete team and individual tasks.

• Experience in coordinating activities.

• Driving things on his own.

• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and planning.

• Strong attention to detail, proactively driving assignments and tracking tasks.

• Creative thinking and innovation skills to define new approaches to issues.

• You should have experience of working with offshore / global teams.

• You should be willing to learn and adapt new technologies.

• Proficient in Applied Machine Learning, Machine Learning with Graphs, Time Series Analysis and Forecasting.

• Working knowledge of current techniques and approaches in machine learning and statistical or mathematical models.

• Strong Knowledge of Forecasting algorithms such as AR, ARIMA/SARIMA, ES, XGBoost, LSTM, Prophet, etc.

• Practical experience working in a cloud environment: AWS, GCP, Azure, similar technology.

• Practical experience working with AutoML.

• Experience in cloud infrastructure management and operations.

• Strong Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python.

• Strong Knowledge of packages like Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy and ScikitLearn for predictive analysis, data transformation and visualization.

• Good knowledge/working experience on Azure DevOps, Rest based communications, python, Docker containerization is desirable.

• Hands-on skills in CI/CD integration (e.g., Git Hub, Git Hub Action).

• Good to have experience with any visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience in working with Version control systems (GIT preferred).

• Experience working with generative AI models and understanding of their underlying principles.

• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks relevant to generative AI.
