We are a department of Assistant Services at Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) . We are seeking an Assistant with positive, proactive and highly organized approach to support teams at our Prague Office, at Stodůlky.
You will provide support to managers and their teams at the location . This includes a variety of administrative, technical and creative tasks in daily operations .
Are you the right person for the job?
Your daily responsibilities would include the following:
Handle our employees' various enquiries
Manage the daily smooth and efficient office operations
Support the organization of various events and related visits
Handle post correspondence
Process and administrate purchase orders
Maintain processes (attendance closing, invoice, car reports, etc.)
Handle fixed assets evidence
Assist managers with travel arrangements and accommodations
Provide other administrative support based on team's needs

Min. secondary school education
Positive, proactive and welcoming demeanor
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
Fluent working level of English and Czech, German might be a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail , independency and accuracy in completing tasks
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Ability to be present in the office on a daily basis
