What will you do?

  1. Training customization & development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and content developers to create learning solutions that are innovative, effective, and aligned with business goals and Siemens GBS learning framework.

  2. Training execution: Step into the role of a Trainer. Organize, pilot and deliver dynamic training sessions that captivate learners and foster interpersonal skill development. Your ability to convey complex concepts in a relatable and easy-to-understand manner will be essential in driving our learning initiatives forward.

  3. Facilitation: Facilitate interactive workshops, group discussions, and learning events for diverse audience that encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and knowledge sharing. Your expertise in creating an inclusive and participatory learning environment will be key to enhancing the learning experiences we offer.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in curriculum development.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners both in-person and virtually.

• Adept at translating learning objectives into creative and effective training materials.

• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

• Ability to collaborate across hierarchies and units.

• Mindset to focus on the future, not the past.

• Proficient English and Czech.

• Passion to develop yourself.

• Resilience in continuously developing environment.

What you can bring, and we will be more than happy (aka not required)

• Being a practitioner of agility and the agile ways of working with basic knowledge of the respective topics and capabilities to deliver training in an interactive and collaborative way including real-life examples or help to our agile couches.

• Ideally certified Scrum Master
