Over two incredible years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries in particular. During the assignments abroad, you will learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?

• You will be graduating (or you are a recent graduate) and hold a master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent in Engineering (Industrial with business or technical/IT focus or automation technology) or IT technologies/business informatics/business information systems / digital business.

• You have already gained at least four months of international experience through your studies or work.

• You are passionate about digitalization and new innovative technologies.

• You are flexible and mobile within the program duration.

• You are a forward-thinker and motivated to get directly involved in the daily business of our international teams.

• You are fluent in English; German will be a plus

As an IoT Business Development Manager for Electrical Drives, you will be a part of the Global headquarters sales responsibility for developing the digitalization business and close cooperation with our regional sales organizations and customers to scale up the global business.

• Understand the market and customer requirements and deduce and implement a go-to-market strategy accordingly.

• Identify industrial target applications for our digitalization portfolio.

• Actively promote the digitalization portfolio internally and to customers.

• Support the market launch of new digitalization portfolio elements in our key regions.

• Visit key partners and customers to promote our solution portfolio.
