Digital Solutions Customer Success Manager CEE Hub

As the CEE Customer Success & Sales Manager for digital solutions, your main responsibility is to drive customer success through building strategic relationships and the initiation of technology solutions. You will serve as a trusted sales advisor and specialize in business analysis for digital solutions and intelligent automation. Your role includes fostering long-term partnerships, developing leads and opportunities, as well as loosely accompanying the development and operations, always with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Lead your customers’ digital transformation - Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Trusted Client Relationships:

  • Serve as primary client contact, nurturing lasting connections.

  • Provide strategic guidance, aligning solutions with client goals.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement.

  • Business Analysis and Expertise:

  • Utilize business analysis for valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Identify digital transformation opportunities and optimize processes.

  • Drive Adoption and Expansion:

  • Conduct account reviews to understand client needs and expand adoption.

  • Collaborate on digitalization roadmaps for business growth.

  • Proactive Risk Mitigation:

  • Monitor metrics to identify and mitigate risks for seamless experiences.

  • Implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Change Management and Training:

  • Implement change management strategies for successful adoption.

  • Deliver impactful training programs to educate clients.

  • Realize Growth Potential and Scaling:

  • Drive growth roadmap for Digital Solutions.

  • Utilize in-company sales experience to promote services effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines; master’s preferred.

  • Proven experience in CRM, sales, or consulting within IT or automation.

  • 3+ years of corporate experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in relevant methodologies is advantageous.

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

  • Awareness of leading technologies like Mendix, AWS, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language.
