We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist Expert to join our Sales Excellence Team in Prague. In this role, you will play an important role in developing and deploying AI solutions and other data-driven approaches to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and data visualization principles, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Identify opportunities for deploying AI solutions that enhance business scalability and facilitate strategic decision-making.

  • Clean and process large datasets to gain a comprehensive understanding of data structures, enabling creation of clear data visualizations and analyses.

  • Analyze suite of BI products across Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Snowflake to maintain a high quality of dashboards and consistent implementation of KPIs that supports business.

  • Create new dashboards, visualizations as per business requirement.

  • Design and develop machine learning algorithms and AI models for predictive analytics.

  • Lead Projects to improve End to End Automatic Order Processing.

  • Support other Teams with Ad-hoc Analyses or automation tasks.

  • Proactively engage in market research to remain up to date with latest trends, tools, and methodologies.

Do you have what it takes?

· Passionate about data.

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 3+ years of proven experience working as a Data Scientist with focus on AI deployment and data visualization.

· Data visualization Landscape – PowerBI, Qlik Sense, and ability to create intuitive dashboards that tell a story.

· Experience working with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics including SQL queries.

· Proficiency in English, German language is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
