Data Analyst wanted!

At Siemens GBS in Prague we’re on the lookout for a Data Analyst who’s got a knack for reporting and have structured approach. If you have experience in procurement / logistics and innovated mind, we’re talking to you!

You will be supporting Siemens business in Planning, Controlling and Reporting.

Your Analytics and Controller skills will come in handy in:

• Setting up, coordinating, monitoring planning process

• Analyzing figures continuously, identify fields of action & monitor target achievement

• Monthly reporting of procurement KPIs for a business unit and alignment on the KPIs forecast

• Providing transparency on all levels

• Preparation and active participation in regular calls with procurement colleagues from different geographical regions

• Coordination of savings reporting from factory business

• Ensuring compliance of reporting with company guidelines

• Key account for a business unit

• Providing trainings to new employees of the respective business unit

• Cooperation on development of new reporting tools with less complexity

Here's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:

• 35 years of professional experience in data analytics , controlling and reporting in Procurement / Logistics functions

• Great and clear communication especially in English and German is key , as you’ll be cooperating with teams in other regions.

• We’re a team that cherishes knowledge and growth, so we are looking for similar minded soul, who is proactive and wants to learn.

• Knowledge of currency effects and influences from listed raw materials

• You also have knowledge of the functionality and interrelationships of SAP / OPW and SCMCoRe

• A strong expertise in MS Office tools (Access, PPT, Excel)
