At GBS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), we develop and market innovative P2P services and solutions, supported by our own process digitalization platforms. We provide services from sourcing support and purchase order creation up to the booking and payment of supplier invoices. We utilize AI and other new technologies. We deliver the services for our internal and also external customers from our GBS Centers in cost efficient locations.

As the GBS Hub Head for P2P in Central Eastern Europe (CEE), you will be responsible for leading the regional P2P organization and managing operations. Furthermore, you are in charge of leading customer relationships to maintain the existing business and to support the development of additional and new service business within the context of true collaboration and mutual gain.

As the CEE P2P Hub Head, you will drive best practices and synergies together with your P2P teams (>700 people across four countries) to create additional value for our customers via efficiency & growth.

• You drive performance measured by KPIs like cost/charges, productivity, employee engagement, CSI, USI

• Together with your teams, you are striving for the delivery of excellent P2P services that are exciting our customers

• You foster Hub synergies, continuous improvement, Quality Management and certifications/controls across the Hub Business Line

• You define and implement the BL strategy in the Hub and you ensure the alignment with the Hub CEE and global P2P Business Line strategy

• You develop and maintain BL-specific customer and stakeholder relationships in alignment with the respective CRM colleagues

• You drive leadership & people development incl. training, communication & retention to ensure a great people experience in your Hub BL

• You are responsible for budgets, financial performance and productivity of all P2P services in the Hub

• You are a key driver in the region of the ongoing global transformation of the organization into an innovative digital solution provider

• You support GBS' transformation to a customer-oriented organization by fostering personal growth and driving agile mindset

• You foster collaboration with other GBS units

• You have a comprehensive business background which has been gained over many years (>8 years) in the business service environment, ideally in the field of P2P

• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, bringing strategic foresight which can inspire & transform our customer’s business operations

• You are result-oriented with the ability to drive new business growth utilizing the full extent of the global organization

• You convince with a mindset that brings diversity of thought, resulting in an equitable and inclusive organization where all employees are valued.

• You are a confident presenter (fluent in English) and able to engage people and other stakeholders of different levels across the organization

• You show flexibility to adapt quickly to situations that arise in the uncertain world in which we find ourselves
