  • Responsible for design and interface management to testing and commissioning.

  • Provide technical direction and leadership for all signalling project engineering activities.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, contractors, and offshore design team.

  • Supervise, review, and approve the design deliverables, specifications & documentation of the offshore designs.

  • Ensure that signalling designs and implementations comply with project standards and regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate signalling designs with other railway systems.

  • Principle (control table) testing with Client.

  • Lead the setup and configuration of WESTRACE interlocking, WESTCAD & MoviolaW systems.

  • Implement and verify configuration data, Troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues related to WESTRACE Interlocking systems.

  • Able to understand Microlok Interlocking Design & Data and Lead the offshore design team for modifications and approval with Client.

  • Ensure the Bill of Materials of individual sub-projects/work packages are consolidated into an overall project BoM, checking for correctness, and ensuring proper change control.

  • Provide technical support during the installation.

  • Oversee the testing and commissioning of signalling systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety criteria and ensure that any issues identified during testing are promptly resolved.

  • Develop and review test plans, procedures, and reports along with TIC.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of signalling engineers and technicians.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway signalling engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in WESTRACE & Microlok Projects.

  • Extensive knowledge of signalling principles, interlocking systems, and safety standards.

  • Extensive knowledge on WESTRACE MKI, MKII, Microlok Interlockings (Design, Data).

  • Experience managing large-scale mainline signalling projects.

  • Proficiency in signalling design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).

  • Possess valid driver’s license.

Position Type: 24 Months contract (extendable based on project requirements)
