Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

  • Support senior engineers in the execution of signalling projects from inception to completion.

  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities along with monitoring project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.

  • Maintain accurate records of design documents, drawings, and project files.

  • Support in the preparation of technical reports and documentation as required and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly stored.

  • Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases and participate in site visits and inspections as needed.

  • Assist the Technical Team in ensuring that the business can effectively deliver CAD deliverables to meet client requirements.

  • Prepares technical CAD-models and drawings (includes 2D, Isometric and 3D) for the Signalling Project.

  • Responsible for producing and amending a variety of (signalling/electrification) engineering design drawings prepared by the Design Team. This will include preparing drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts etc.

  • Assisting in the preparation of hand back documents for submission to the client, prepare and update As-Builds drawings with information provided from site.

  • Work closely with the Design / Interface / Installation / T &C Team to ensure an integrated solution is presented. This will extend to working and interfacing with the client, if required.

  • Possess good understanding of EHS legislation and procedures and incorporate them into the design.

  • Provide the highest quality and level of customer service and achieving delivery time scales at budgeted cost without compromising the quality of product or service is a critical success factor.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in railway signalling or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are also welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation) for drafting and design.

  • Basic understanding of railway signalling principles and systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Position Type: 24 Months contract (extendable based on project requirements)
