Job Description:

Position Overview

Performing Real-Time Building Environmental Alarm Monitoring, Dispatch Services, Remote Analysis and Troubleshooting on DDC systems and devices related to Building Automation. Providing Field Support to Building Property Managers, Control Specialists, HVAC Mechanics, and/or Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Realtime Building AlarmMonitoring, Analysis, and Resolution of active alarms

  • Assist in Corrigo WorkOrders for Triage, Documentation, and Resolution

  • Assist in Work OrderDispatch and Escalation Services

  • Provide Remote Field Supportfor HVAC, BAS controllers and DDC programming

  • Troubleshoots Dialup and IPNetworks, Software, and/or System malfunctions remotely

  • Setup, Schedule, and ExecuteBuilding and Trend Data Reporting

  • Perform MMI/P2 server dataexports

  • Administer server BLN setup,connectivity, and database transfers

  • Complaint Handling

  • Understand Benchmarks, Metrics,and KPIs

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Associates' degree orequivalent experience required

  • 3+ years of technicalexperience in related field required

  • Prior Building AutomationControls / Building Technologies experience

  • HVAC training and knowledge

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to teach and coachteam members

  • Ability to work rotatingshifts and overtime

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Associate‚Äôs degree or 1-2years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalentrequired

  • Specialized skilltraining/certification may be required
