Project Manager wanted!

At Siemens GBS in Prague or Ostrava we’re on the lookout for a Project Manager who’s got a knack for steering projects to success. If you have experience with leading projects and have structured approach, we’re talking to you!

As you surely know, change is the only constant, so that’s when you come in:

• You’ll be leading internal projects and closely cooperating with other Siemens teams to find the right people, data and resources necessary for the success of the whole projects.

• You’ll be the captain of the ship, planning and navigating projects from start to finish.

• It’s all about the details – managing the scope, goals, and what we promise to deliver.

• You’ll guide the team , making sure everyone knows their role and what’s expected from them.

• Got an eagle eye? Great, because you’ll need to watch the progress like a hawk, spot any risks, and steer us clear.

Here's what you should bring to the table for a successful application:

• You’ll be joining a team that’s all about pushing boundaries and working together.

• We’re a team that cherishes knowledge and growth, so we are looking for similar minded soul, who is proactive and wants to learn .

• Your project management skills? We want to see them shine, especially if you’re into lean or agile methods .

• 3+ years of experience in leading projects (even smaller ones)

• You’re no stranger to project management software , whether it’s Trello , Planner , or MS Project

• Great and clear communication especially in English is key , as you’ll be cooperating with teams in other regions.
