Within the GBS organization the Service Line “Hire to Retire Operations” ensures the smooth and correct handling of all applications by external candidates, HR managers and employees all around the world.

For our support team in Prague or Ostrava we are looking for new member who will support our Talent Management Service.

In general, we expect you to do the following:

• Process support tickets for the Talent Management Service raised by external candidates, recruiters, hiring manager or employees

Application support will comprise:

• Collaborate and consult with service owner / business on functional requirements

• Support service owner in ensuring and monitoring service operations

• Contact person for development team for - clarification with regards to requirements

• Setup and maintain all mandatory documentation

• Knowledge of Avature and/or Eightfold SaaS solution is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation

• Analytical skills

• Language skills: English B2-C1
