We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a People Analytics and P&O Systems Specialist. This role combines the responsibilities of a Workday Business Analyst and a People Analytics Specialist and offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, focusing on leveraging data and technology to drive strategic HR decisions. The HR Analytics and Systems Specialist will analyze HR data, test the new Workday system, and provide insights to optimize HR processes and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with People and Organization (HR) and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and identify key business challenges and objectives that can be addressed through people analytics.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency based on data-driven insights.

  • Utilizing Microsoft Power BI, develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of HR analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners.

  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system.

  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure proper system functionality and data integrity within Workday.

  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper system utilization and adoption of Workday.

  • Stay current with Workday features, assessing their impact on existing business processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.

  • Participate in system testing, change management and communication to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years experience working with HR data and related HRIS data systems, preferably within a large organization.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, with expertise in using analytics tools such as Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI).

  • Demonstrated experience working with Workday implementation; reporting validation analysis, user acceptance testing, collaborating with functional stakeholders and project team members, both local and global, develop and deliver training and documentation and support with change management topics.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases, and experience with HRIS implementation or optimization projects.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience leading and managing a team of analysts, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
