What you will do:

As a Data Operations Administrator you will be working within the Electrical Products Business within Siemens Canada, working closely with the Director of Operations & Sales for data entry and analytical evaluations.

More specifically you will:

• Assist in Pricing Analysis.

• Evaluate pricing contract and pricing impact.

• Work closely with management on day-to-day operational activities.

• Support the annual pricing adjustment.

• Work with large sets of data to analyze usage by customer.

• Familiarize yourself with pricing tools.

• Provide analysis and inputs to make pricing decisions.

• Respond to ad-hoc requests to produce Tableau report.

• Identify areas of improvement and automate manual pricing processes.

What you will need to succeed:

• Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Computer or related fields.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in Customer Service.

• Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
