What part will you play?

You are a legal expert looking to contribute to the success of a dynamic service business in the digital industry? Join our team as a Legal Advisor (f/m/d) and play a pivotal role in providing practical legal and business advice. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum of legal matters, including project agreements, service contracts as well as cloud and software agreements.

Your tasks.

  • Provide practical legal advice for the service business on all commercial legal aspects including bid preparation, contract drafting, review, and negotiation and claims management

  • Support the service business in developing innovative and scalable business models, such as digital services, performance contracts including drafting of respective contract templates

  • Ensure effective legal risk management by addressing legal risks and opportunities from a legal and entrepreneurial perspective

  • Provide trainings to our business on cloud services and risk management

  • Collaborate closely with the Legal team and other functions within the company

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Successful completion of both state examinations in law with above-average results or a comparable international qualification

  • First years of professional experience as a legal advisor (f/m/d) in a law firm or the legal department of an international company

  • Profound legal expertise in commercial and IT law

  • Ideally, experience in developing new business models (e.g., digital and cloud services) as part of an interdisciplinary team and rolling them out globally

  • Strong analytical skills, good business sense and focus on results

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with team members, business partners and colleagues across functions and across countries

  • Curiosity about legal tech and Industrial Metaverse

  • Business fluent English language skills is required, knowledge of German is an advantage
