The role.

• Perform a wide variety of services with no (minimum) assistance and guidance from in-house support staff to improve the customers' satisfaction.

• 独立执行现场服务，提高客户满意度。

• Make the analysis and troubleshooting by the correct judgment and detection to solve the fault with right parts.

• 进行全面分析和故障排除，准确判断故障原因并使用合适的备件解决故障。

• Improve the productivity of onsite service, especially for start-up commissioning.

• 提高现场服务的效率，特别是在启动调试阶段。

• Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 与客户进行专业有效的沟通，确保客户满意。

• Complete required field documentation and reports and electronically transmit appropriate completed reports (i.e. job-related field service report, expense report, etc.) in a timely fashion as dictated by company policy and departmental procedures.

• 按照公司要求，完成并提交所有必需的现场服务报告，包括与工作相关的现场服务报告和工时报告。

• Frequent travel as required and obey the engineer dispatch arrangement – both domestic and international.

• Provide the appropriate proposals and spare parts to promote our service business.

Your profile.

• Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, electric engineering, Automation or related job. Especially, research, engineering, testing or service about drive and motor products.

• 电力电子、电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；拥有变频器或相关产品的研究、工程、测试或服务等相关工作经验。

• Be familiar with electrical drive knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge.

• 熟悉电气传动知识、矢量控制、V/F 控制、PWM 知识。

• Basic fault analysis capability and Troubleshooting experience.

• 具备基本的故障分析能力和故障排除经验。

• Good communication capability and presentation skill.

• 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力。

• Basic PLC knowledge.

• 拥有基本的 PLC 知识。

• Archiving skill.

• 具备报告和文档管理技能。

• Basic English Communication skill.

• 拥有基本的英语交流技能。
