For our controlling team, we are looking for a Controller Officer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

  • R&D project cost reporting, analysis, and control.

  • R&D cost center planning and control, regularly cost charge to SAG.

  • R&D budget and hourly rate planning, tracking and analysis.

  • Coordination and discussion with local R&D responsible for cost and HC view with transparency and measure

  • SAG NASA report check vs local report.

  • Coordinate with HQ for related contract and transparency.

  • PLM relevant commercial topics, like biz plan, EVA, and target costing etc.

  • Tax and business filling, control, and declaration for R&D projects.

  • Other Financial support for R&D activity

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting or finance related preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience in accounting and Controlling/ Factory controlling/ R&D Controlling and key figure systems.

  • Sense of how Business runs

  • Knowledge of project planning and controlling, analytical methods, project management

  • Skilled in MS Office and SAP (FI/CO module), Power BI, digitalization tool preferred.

  • Result oriented, strategic thinking, with passion to drive business.

  • Good communication skill

  • Good teamwork spirit and willing to share within team.

  • Fast learning and adaptive capability

  • Proficient in reading, writing and oral English.
