What do you contribute?

As Strategy Consultant (f/m/d) you will join our central strategy team at Siemens Mobility and support top management in addressing global strategic questions:

  • In your new role, you will support global strategy projects as well as strategic core processes and drive the implementation of strategic measures.

  • You will work at the interface of strategy, digitalization and technology and actively contribute to the strategic development of sustainable mobility solutions.

  • You will also support the function management on all strategic and operational business issues as well as ad-hoc topics and prepare analyses, presentations and management reports.

  • You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and coordinate contributions to committees within Siemens.

  • In addition, you will strengthen the positioning of Siemens Mobility as a thought leader in our industry by preparing external presentations and events.

  • You are a team player and collaborate closely with the business units, regions and functions of Siemens Mobility and Siemens AG.

What do you bring along?

  • You hold an excellent Master’s degree in an engineering or management discipline from a renowned institution.

  • Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy or corporate development in an international environment.

  • You have sound project management skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.

  • Industry knowledge in the mobility sector, preferably with a focus on rail transport, is beneficial.

  • You are experienced in dealing with stakeholders at all levels and proficient in preparing results for top management.

  • Your profile is complemented by excellent German and English language skills.
