Business Administration Professional

The main task is to drive the financial performance of the business unit for Real Estate commercial management of Digital Industries Software entity (DI SW). The role shall be the guiding torch for the location management of the performance of the business and the path forward by providing insights based on the key drivers of the business.

· You’ll be responsible for financial performance for the business division (Siemens Real Estate) by monitoring, controlling & analysis of the overall P&L which shall include comparison of forecast v/s actuals, ensuring proper booking of costs, etc.

· You’ll engage in controlling end to end specific projects related to process improvement/Savings/Internal control etc. and will be location coordinator for those projects from commercial implementation.

· You’ll drive end to end Budgeting process for the business division, and interface to Central team in Mumbai to address all queries pertaining to DI SW.

· You’ll prepare presentations for Management both India & Local for review and meetings as and when requested and participate proactively.

· You’ll regularize Balance sheet reviews and take appropriate actions post review.

· You’ll coordinate monthly review meetings and forecast process with the technical colleagues in the location.

· You’ll be responsible for Accounting, Audit and Tax related aspects, queries related to the location and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.

· You will get exposure to tools like Big Data,Qlik Sense, Tableau if you have the drive to innovate and explore your creative side.

What you need to make real what matters .

· You are a Graduate in Commerce with MBA in Finance, /ICWAI/CA and bring professional experience of up to 5 years, with exposure in commercial and accounting/controlling functions with strong analytical skill, worked extensively on SAP, Excel, Power point etc.

· You have great communication skills, love to work in teams and best at collaboration.
