As a Senior Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing multiple projects focused on the manufacturing of Low Voltage Electrical products for the Siemens Electrical Products business. The incumbent must possess strong collaboration skills, adaptability, customer centricity and the willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage small to medium size customer orders.

• Communicate Project schedules with confirmed dates to the customers after release of the order for manufacturing.

• Create and manage purchase requirements for products not supported by local plants.

• Process RMA returns as needed.

• Deal with day-to-day issues on projects related to sales, plant and third parties

• Manage business results and customer satisfaction

What will you need to succeed?

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification in the electrical field.

• Possess 3 to 5 years experience in Project Management.

• PMP Certification is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint

• SAP or similar ERP system experience an asset

• Fluent in both English and French
