We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team in Miskolc . As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles. Your primary focus will be on fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to ensure they can focus on delivering high-quality work.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Team manager and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and product vision.
Track and report on team progress, including velocity, sprint burn-down, and other relevant metrics.
Foster a positive team environment built on trust, respect, and transparency.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts.
Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams to deliver value iteratively and incrementally.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with software development teams is preferred.
