The US Immigration Team is an important group that serves as the subject matter experts and support team for all stakeholders dealing with US inbound immigration matters.

Role Summary:

As a US Immigration Operations Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of immigration processes within our organization. You will provide essential support to immigration consultants and other US Immigration team members, facilitating the efficient processing of immigration related cases, applications and inquires. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex processes will contribute to maintaining compliance and optimizing immigration procedures and processes.

Key Role Responsibilities :

• Drive the Initiation process for the US Immigration Team across multiple internal and external customers in a multi-vendor landscape.

• Drive the billing process for the US Immigration Team across multiple internal and external customers in a multi-vendor landscape.

• Compile and deliver reports on various data points and metrics for the US Immigration Team.

• Collaborate with the US Immigration Team and vendors to increase efficiency and automation of the initiation process.

• Perform general administrative tasks for the US Immigration Team, including billing, scheduling, organization, filing, etc.

• Support the US Immigration Team with other tasks and various projects on an as-needed basis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business management, HR, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Global Mobility Services and associated solutions leveraged in different industries.

• Business fluency in English is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in process optimization by leveraging technology at a Global Company.

• Preferred experience in leading large-scale digitalization and data analytics projects in a multicultural environment, including managing stakeholders, preferably in the field of Global Mobility.

• Significant experience in digital process improvement projects and initiatives, including implementing and transitioning to new tools or handling ecosystem upgrades.

• Strong background in change management (accompanying process and organizational changes) and project management.

Helpful Skills and Attributes:

• You have general knowledge of the US Immigration system and are passionate about global mobility and US Immigration matters.

• You have good communication skills, including substantial and compelling written and verbal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures in a personal or virtual environment.
