We seek a visionary and proven leader to take up the combined role as CEO and Head of DI for the Philippines, and define our path forward. You will make an impact through:

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the Philippines and local DI business direction by formulating and implementing long-term plans, while staying adaptable to changing market conditions.

  • Growth & Profitability: Lead Siemens Philippines towards significant revenue growth and market share increase, ensuring sustained profitability.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring efficient operations that deliver superior customer experiences.

  • People Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment, developing and motivating employees for high performance.

  • Decision-Making: Make informed and timely decisions in complex situations, even with limited information.

Your defining qualities include:

  • Senior Leadership Experience: Possess extensive experience (15+ years) in leading large organizations, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate effective business strategies.

  • Business Acumen: Understand the commercial aspects of the business, focusing on revenue generation, cost optimization, and profitability.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excel at communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and influence others.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, able to make sound decisions with limited information, handle ambiguity and take the lead in crisis management where necessary.
