You understand our employees and are the interface between the colleagues and the IT departments. You are an advocate for users by taking their perspective and explaining Siemens Healthineers IT topics in a way that is easy for them to understand. With your work, you bridge the gap between employees and Siemens Healthineers IT in order to fully exploit the full spectrum of possibilities offered by our internal IT services.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Development of IT user experience strategies.

  • Management and improvement of the user experience for IT services.

  • Project support and process analyses with regard to user experience.

  • Creating proposals to improvethe user experience design based on user insights.

  • Maintain relationships and collaboration with IT stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experiencie.

  • Completed studies in the field of Change Management, Business Informatics, Media and Communication Sciences or arelated field of study.

  • We also welcome applicants with related vocational training and additional professional experience in this area.

  • Relevant experience in project and process management is a plus.

  • You are confident in using common Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Experience in the application of style guides and the graphic transformation of corporate design guides is an advantage.

  • Ideally relevantexperience in the field of user experience.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Completed studies in the field of Change Management, Business Informatics, Media and Communication Sciences or arelated field of study.

Profile:

  • You cancommunicate fluently in English in written and spoken form. German language skills are a plus.

  • Personally, you convince us with your own initiative and creativity, while at the same time maintaining high and sustainable quality standards, which are crucialfor the future success of the business unit.

  • You approach tasks in a structured and results-oriented manner. In addition, you work conscientiously and are an organizational talent.
